Erica Chu is a Psychological Associate in Supervised Practice working with adults.
Erica has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-regulation difficulties, attachment issues and relationship problems, emotion dysregulation, obsessive and compulsive behaviours, and complex developmental trauma.
She utilizes an integrative evidence-based and strengths-focused approach to tailor treatment within a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space. She aims to support clients to heal and grow beyond painful experiences, develop secure and respectful relationships with themselves and others, identify and change behaviours that hold them back from achieving goals, and cultivate an identity and way of living that is consistent with their values.
