About Me: I am a registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario with extensive experience in assessing and supporting a wide range of clients, often when trauma and complexities are involved. I am also a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher. I have experience working with those struggling with sensory processing, disruptive behaviours, self-regulation, and attachment issues related to adverse childhood experiences and complex developmental trauma.

My Approach: My trauma-sensitive practice focuses on supporting children and adolescents to develop self-understanding and self-regulation in safe, effective, and kind ways. I use sensory- and motor-based therapy to help clients increase body awareness and restore the body to a regulated state.
