    • Adults

My Approach: I support individuals through grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic/terminal illness, caregiving, life transitions, and interpersonal conflict. My approach is collaborative, as I believe a positive and trusting client-therapist relationship is at the root of healing. I have a particular interest in working with complicated grief, complex PTSD, and dissociative disorders. My experience working with people facing life-limiting illnesses has taught me that individuals can adapt and find hope even in the most difficult times.

    • Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
